Robert M. Kohn

Bob graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1974 and the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1977. He was a member of the Hastings Law Journal, Order of the Coif, and Thurston Society.

Upon graduating from law school, Bob clerked for the Honorable Donald Franson of the California Court of Appeals. Bob thereafter was associated with the law firm of Sarrail and Russell in San Francisco, California, where he focused on general business practice. In 1993 he accepted a staff attorney position with the Supreme Court of Palau. He is a member of the bar in Hawaii, California, Guam, and Palau.

At Price Okamoto Himeno & Lum, Bob concentrates in litigation and has been involved in defending civil RICO cases. He also is involved extensively in federal Qui Tam cases representing the USA.
